What we collect

• When you subscribe: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name, the counties you're interested in and the type of investor you are.
• When you open or click our emails: our email provider may record opens and clicks so we can tell which content is useful.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To send the weekly report and, if you joined the waitlist, news about the paid tiers.
• To tailor the report to the counties you selected.
• As a real estate brokerage, we may occasionally contact you about a property or service related to your stated interests. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the service for us: Resend (email delivery and list management) and Vercel (website hosting). They may process it only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Unsubscribing and your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can use our unsubscribe page. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email or call us and we'll take care of it.

Property data

The report contains information about properties scheduled for sheriff sale, compiled from public court, sheriff, auditor and treasurer records and published legal notices. We do not publish defendants' names on this website. If you believe a listing is inaccurate, contact us and we'll review it.

Children

This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
